UK Public Sector Epistemic Scorecard
This demo presents epistemic audit scores for UK public sector organisations.
Please read the following before viewing the data.
What this data represents
Each organisation is scored across 7 epistemic dimensions using the Cogniosynthesis framework.
Scores are generated by analysing publicly available documents only — annual reports,
corporate plans, EDI statements, board papers, and similar publications.
What this data does not represent
- Scores do not reflect the quality of services delivered by any organisation
- Scores do not measure operational performance, financial health, or staff competence
- Scores do not constitute a regulatory judgement or formal assessment
- A low score means the language in published documents may not align with stated goals — it does not mean the organisation is failing
Methodology
Documents are analysed through the CognioEngine 7-dimensional epistemic framework,
which examines coherence, transparency, inclusivity, accountability, reflexivity,
contextual awareness, and aspirational alignment. Full methodology is available on the
Methodology page.
Important notes
- All source documents are publicly available and were not modified in any way
- Scores may change as organisations publish new documents
- This is a research and demonstration tool — not a league table for policy decisions
